To use white sage, light the tip of a bundle with a match, let it burn for 20 seconds, and blow out the flame to produce thick smoke. Safely wave the smoking bundle around your space or body to cleanse energy, keeping a fireproof dish nearby to catch ash. Open windows to allow negative energy to escape.
Smudging with White Sage
                      Preparation: Open windows or doors for ventilation and to allow negative energy to escape.
    • Lighting: Hold the sage bundle at a 45-degree angle, light it, and allow it to catch fire for 15-30 seconds before blowing it out.
    • Cleansing (Smudging):
      Start in the corner of a room, waving the smoke upwards and downwards, moving clockwise. Focus on corners, doorways, and high-traffic areas.
  •                       Safety: Hold a fireproof container, like a bowl or seashell, underneath the bundle to catch hot ashes.
  •                       Extinguishing: Dab the lit end into a bowl of sand or onto a heat-proof surface until the smoke stops completely.

    Smudging with Palo Santo:
    To use Palo Santo, light a stick with a lighter or candle, holding it at a 45 degree angle, and let it burn for 30–60 seconds before blowing it out. Allow the aromatic smoke to cleanse your space, moving it around corners or personal items while setting an intention. Place the smoldering stick in a fireproof bowl to extinguish.

      • Lighting: Use a candle or match, allowing the wood to catch fire and produce a red ember before blowing it out.
      • Cleansing Method: Walk through your home, allowing the smoke to drift into corners, closets, and doorways to clear energy
      • Safety First: Never leave burning sticks unattended. Ensure the stick is completely out by resting it in a bowl of sand or soil.

    Selenite:

    Selenite is a high-vibration, self-cleansing crystal used primarily to clear negative energy, charge other crystals, and enhance meditation. It is best used by placing it around the home, meditating with wands, or wearing it for protection. Crucially, never put selenite in water, as it will dissolve.
